Vintage Tagged Vogue Dolls Inc E Wilkins “Baby Dear” Doll Wind Up Music & Move. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Condition is "Used"
Doll has marks on arms, legs and face that would not wipe off. 2 small holes in cloth on body and some dark discoloring on back, could just be dirty. Hair looks to be intact, no bald spots. Doll has "Vogue Dolls Inc." Tag on back. On the back of the left leg you can barely make out "Wilkins" but it is there if you look closely, I will try my best to show in pictures. The doll has a wind up knob on the back. When wound up it plays the lullaby "Go to sleep little baby" and the dolls head begins to slowly move in a circular motion. It appears that someone has repaired the knob at some point with glue. Doll measures about 11 inches. Please review pictures before bidding and feel free to reach out with any questions. This lovely
precursor
to the Ginny doll comes with excellent uncut hair it its original set complete with ribbons!  She has a lovely face with excellent color showing no significant wear.  Her neck is properly marked "Vogue."  Her stringing is more loose than I like but this is easy to remedy.  Otherwise, her body is excellent with no wear showing.  Her apron, socks and lace bonnet have age related dust soiling but they can be cleaned.  Her socks also have some glue residue staining on the bottoms.  Her blue dress and matching undies are excellent.  Her apron has the HTF gold sticker still in place, as you can see.
